Functions & Facility Hire

The Elsternwick Club has a number of areas available for hire (see tabs below) which lists the areas , capacity, and the cost of hire.  Hire of the Member’s Bar (capacity 80 standing) and Member’s Function area (capacity 100 standing) is also subject to a minimum non refundable spend of $300 on the bar.  The option also exists to combine the Member’s Bar and Member’s Bar Function Area giving a total capacity of 180 people (hire cost $750).

 

The club does not provide a catering service, however external catering by the hirer is allowed.

The Club has a meeting room, equipped with an electronic display, free wi-fi and is capable of seating up to 14-16 people around a table (see photo below). Costs are as follows;

Half Day: $140 (gst inc)
Full Day: $220 (gst inc)

  • The Members Bar is available for hire (see photo below).  Capacity is approximately 80 (standing) and costs are as follows;
  • Room Hire: $500
  • Minimum (non refundable) spend on the bar: $300

 

The Member’s Function Area is available for hire (see photo below).  Capacity is approximately 100 (standing) and costs are as follows:

  • Room Hire: $500
  • Minimum (non refundable) spend on the bar: $300

BBQ facilities are available to hire for $50 which covers cost of cleaning and gas. BBQ utensils will be provided but no crockery, cutlery, sauce, oil, etc will be provided.
